After several months of renovation, with an effort to keep the historic look of downtown Neenah, we are finally opening our doors. It took a bit longer than we had anticipated, but the end result is well worth the wait. uncorked is a blend of historic charm with modern comforts.

Being part of the corporate world, owning a business has been a long time dream of ours. We wanted a business where friends could gather and enjoy company in an inviting easy environment. uncorked is our answer...we hope it will be yours.

The business is as much about the gathering as it is the great wine and spirits. We chose to make it easy for the novice wine drinker and fun for the connoisseur by arranging the store area by taste. The ease comes from being able to have a selection of wine that should be safe to try without having the risk associated with picking something that you really don’t like. The fun part for the connoisseur is being able to taste multiple wines and then discuss whether their taste agrees with ours.

We intend to offer flights of wine and beer and rotate our features on a regular basis to ensure that our customers can always find a new experience when they come to uncorked. We are looking forward to starting our new adventure with old friends and making new ones along the way.
